(NaturalNews) The U.S. Food and Drug Administration
(FDA) has once again annihilated the business of a reputable dietary
supplement company by arbitrarily declaring its primary product to be an
"unapproved drug." Those who now try to purchase the all-natural, human
growth hormone (hGH)-promoting Trans-D Tropin formula are greeted with a
lengthy message notifying the public that the formula is no longer
available, thanks to the tyrannical actions of a rogue government
agency.
According to the Trans-D Tropin website, the FDA sent a letter to the
supplement's manufacturer on April 26, 2013, notifying it that Trans-D
Tropin is now recognized by the agency as an "unapproved drug." Even
though Trans-D Tropin has been on the market for more than 15 years in
full accordance with the legal guidelines of the
Dietary Supplement Health Information Act (DSHEA) of 1994, the FDA suddenly, without precedent, decided that it is no longer permitted.
So to protect itself from potential legal action, the manufacturer of
Trans-D Tropin decided to stop producing and selling it, at least for
the time being. As of May 15, 2013, Trans-D Tropin can no longer be
purchased by anyone, despite the fact that it has never been implicated
in causing any serious side effects, and has never before been in
violation of any of the legal provisions that guide how dietary
supplements are to be manufactured and marketed.
"[W]ith virtually a 100 percent safety profile ... containing only amino acids and fatty acids, registered with the
FDA
for 14 years, with labels having been reviewed by the FDA, with annual
inspections of the manufacturing facilities for over a decade with no
major issues and concerns ... the FDA has declared that
Trans-D Tropin is a 'drug,'" explains the new landing page for Trans-D Tropin.
FDA does not have authority to 'approve' dietary supplements, so it simply decrees that some of them are 'drugs'
Unlike
pharmaceutical drugs, dietary supplements do not require FDA approval
in order to be sold commercially, as they are typically natural,
food-based substances. Dietary supplement
manufacturers are only required to register their products with the
FDA, which basically just means that they let the FDA know of their
intent to sell a certain product. The FDA, in turn, is required to
accept this registration and essentially leave the product alone.
Not being able to control the dietary supplement industry has long
angered the FDA, which is filled with lust for assuming total control
over all food, supplements, and drugs. When the FDA does not get its way
-- or rather, when its Big Pharma handlers do not get their way -- the
agency goes into tyrant mode and begins lashing out against companies
that produce safe and effective nutritional compounds that more often
than not compete with expensive pharmaceuticals.
"Never before has the FDA stated that Trans-D Tropin needed anything
[other] than what the manufacturer obtained," explains the announcement.
"In fact, the FDA resisted the manufacturer's attempts to register the
product as far back as 1998. The initial response by the FDA was that
Trans-D Tropin did NOT need to be 'registered' because it was only a
cosmetic."
The FDA later accepted registration of Trans-D Tropin due to the fact
that it is used as a dietary supplement and only contains natural
ingredients. But the schizophrenic agency, which is obviously driven by
some other sinister agenda, decided after 14 years of safe and effective
use that Trans-D Tropin could no longer be sold to the public, which
threatens to put the company out of business.

Reform or disband, the only two options for dealing with extreme FDA corruption
A
quick look into the history of Trans-D Tropin reveals that the product
has been a huge success in helping people to boost their hGH levels and
modulate their insulin-like growth factor 1 (IGF-1) levels -- too much
IGF-1 has been linked to increased cancer risk. So it is no wonder that
the FDA wants this incredible anti-aging product off the market, as it
threatens to undermine the viability of the drug industry.
"The agenda of many agencies involved in health care has become highly
suspect and their motivation is even more sinister when things such as
mercury (as found in dental amalgams) are allowed to be used and mercury
(as found in vaccines as a preservative called thimerosal) continue to
be used," adds the Trans-D Tropin discontinuation announcement.
"Why are products like Trans-D Tropin, or Apricot seeds (laetrile) or
numerous other natural substances that have only helped people, not
allowed to be sold to the public? What type of world are we creating to
leave behind for our children's generation?"
The makers of Trans-D Tropin, which now have their hands tied, are
urging the public to write their congressmen and demand answers about
this serious affront to health freedom. You can do this through the
